All of these central Florida condominiums and homes are fully furnished. All pool homes have private swimming pools and most condominiums have shared community pools. All vacation rentals are professionally cleaned, for a surcharge, and inspected before each guest's arrival to ensure a satisfactory stay. Linens, cookware, dining utensils, and a starter kit of soap, shampoo and dish and laundry detergent are provided.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 60 USD.
Reservations cancelled within 13 to 4 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 60 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit of 300 USD is required at time of check-in for any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
Cleaning fees range from 85 USD to 130 USD depending on unit size. This fee is to be paid prior to arrival.

Guests must call 800-627-7019 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive the number to call for check-in instructions and directions. There is no physical check-in address. Guests must call to get directions and proceed directly to their vacation rental, as addresses vary. Please do not leave this until the last minute.
